Dan's Story
In the summer of 2001, my wife and I took our first cruise while we were stationed in England. The cruise was a 7-night Costa Greek Islands cruise…what an experience!!! White gloved attendants met us and escorted us to our stateroom; talk about an over-the-top start to the trip! Then add 6 course evening meals in the main dining room every night, along with great weather and a phenomenal itinerary (Santorini with its blue domed houses you see in photos were the highlight), it didn’t take much more before we realized we were hooked on cruising.
Fast forward to 2024 and 15 additional cruises later, I decided it was time to retire for the second time from the Air Force (first time was active duty and this time was as a civilian). I knew I needed to do something to keep active. I could not think of a better fit for my love of travel (especially cruising) and for helping others than becoming a travel agent.
